Treatments & prices

Doctor-led options, with guide prices.

01

Skin consultations

For sensitivity, rosacea, acne, scarring, pigmentation, signs of ageing, or simply knowing which routine is right for your skin.

Guide price

Consultation booking deposit: £50, requested through the booking confirmation email. Consultation deposits are non-refundable; treatment deposits are offset against treatment where applicable.

We can review your current skincare, work across brands, look at ingredients, and use skin analysis where helpful to understand your skin’s individual needs. Your plan can also be shared through the Get Harley portal so your skincare recommendations are easy to access.

02

Anti-wrinkle treatments

Personalised injectable treatment planning with a careful, natural-looking approach.

Guide price

Prices available on consultation. Typical range: £225–£345.

Different anti-wrinkle options can be discussed during consultation. Suitability, dose, expected outcome and maintenance are all considered before treatment is recommended.

03

Dermal fillers

Hyaluronic acid fillers can support facial structure, hydration and volume where appropriate.

Guide price

From £275 for 0.5ml and £325 for 1ml. Each additional ml: £250. Cheek filler from £325–£545. Lip filler from £275. Jawline filler from £545.

As we age, bone, muscle and fat pad changes can reduce support for the skin, contributing to jowls, marionette lines and facial heaviness. Dermal fillers may be used in areas such as cheeks, jawline, nose, tear trough, marionette and nasolabial lines, and lips. Lip filler can be used for hydration, subtle definition, volume, smoker lines and downturned lip corners.

04

Profhilo

A hydrating injectable treatment for crepey texture, fine lines and skin quality.

Guide price

£275 per treatment. A course of three treatments, spaced 3–5 weeks apart, is usually recommended.

Profhilo is placed using five small injections on each side of the face. It is different to filler because it spreads under the skin to improve hydration and support firmness. A course of two to three sessions one month apart is usually recommended, with six-monthly maintenance if needed.

05

HarmonyCa

A hybrid biostimulator for volume support, lifting effect and longer-term collagen stimulation.

Guide price

£775 for one treatment. Results may last approximately 18–24 months.

HarmonyCa with lidocaine can help restore facial volume loss while stimulating collagen production. It is often considered for jawline and cheek support, with results designed to look youthful and natural.

06

Cryotherapy

Fast, precise removal of selected skin imperfections.

Guide price

£120 for the first lesion and £60 for additional lesions. Sometimes up to three treatments are needed.

Cryotherapy uses a fine jet of nitrous oxide under high pressure, allowing millimetre precision while limiting damage to surrounding healthy tissue. It may be used for suitable skin tags, milia, cherry angiomas, age spots, solar lentigo, seborrhoeic keratosis, haemangiomas, plantar warts, condyloma and molluscum.

07

Polynucleotides

Regenerative injectable treatment for skin repair, texture, tone and delicate areas.

Guide price

£275 per treatment. A course of three treatments, spaced 3–5 weeks apart, is usually recommended.

Polynucleotides use DNA and RNA fragments in a fine gel injected into the target area. They can support fibroblast activity, healing and tissue regeneration. They may be considered for fine lines, dull skin, acne scarring, dark circles or puffiness under the eyes, sun-damaged skin, face, neck and delicate skin quality concerns.
